## Welcome to the New ShiftMatch Interface.

**Familiar functionality, modern design, and new ways to work smarter**

We have completely revamped the design of ShiftMatch to enhance your experience. The new layout offers a cleaner aesthetic, simplified navigation, and more flexible options for managing your roster. Rest assured, all the features you depend on remain intact, but now they are more streamlined for convenience.

This guide will lead you through the recent changes, enhancements, and the locations where you can find the information you need.

## Navigation – Simplified and Consistent

Getting around is now faster and more intuitive

- **The top-right menu** gives you access to:
  Help
  News/Notifications
  User Profile, System Info, Status Page, and Logout
- The **left-hand navigation** is prominently featured in essential sections such as *User Profile* and *Settings*. This design ensures you have consistent access to all relevant features in those areas, eliminating the frustration of hidden tabs or uncertainty about where to navigate next.

## Roster Pages – Three Views, Your Choice

The *My Roster* section now offers three versatile views to suit your preferences:

- **Roster View** – A classic two-week list format
- **Calendar View** – A monthly grid for comprehensive planning
- **Kanban View** – A column layout organised by shift type

In all views, you can:

- ✅ Add or update availability
- ✅ Accept or decline shift requests
- ✅ Pick up open shifts
- ✅ Use filters to control what’s shown on screen

##  User Profile - Everything in One Place

Your user profile has been centralised for enhanced clarity and ease of use. From a single screen, you can manage:

- Contact details
- Work locations
- Notification preferences
- Password changes
- Governance and compliance items (if applicable)

Additionally, you will find links to system details and the ShiftMatch [status page](https://status.shiftmatch.com/), which are useful for support or during maintenance windows.
