- **Contact Priority** -Specify your **contact priority preference** (e.g., receive App Notifications first, then SMS/TXT, followed by email) from ShiftMatch. - **Days to Display** - Limit the **number of days in the past** to be displayed in the App(roster tab).
- **Max Messages **- Controls the maximum number of shift request messages you receive from ShiftMatch in a day. E.g. if set to 3, you will receive no more than 3 shift requests midnight → midnight.
  - We recommend keeping this set to **Unlimited** in the Mobile App, and **0** in ShiftMatch Web, so you are notified about all shifts you are successfully matched to and don’t miss out.
  - If you have submitted an offer of availability for a specific day and/or time, any matching shift requests will bypass this limit, and you will still receive those notifications.

> ℹ️ **Note:** This value does **not** include notifications sent to the user for **shortfall amendments or cancellations**. These notifications will still be delivered regardless of the Max Messages limit.

- **Urgent Shortfalls Notifications - **When enabled you will not receive shift requests for shifts you have already received a request for. Sometimes if a shift remains unfilled your employer will ask all staff previously offered the shift again if they can work it, the message you receive will be worded differently letting you know that it is urgent. By enabling this feature you are opting out of all resent shift requests.
- **Do Not Disturb - **Utilise the **Do Not Disturb** feature to pause all messages during selected dates, which is perfect for holidays or time away. You must set a **Start Date** and **End Date**. Once set, you will not receive any Notifications, Messages or Calls during the specified Date period. When this is enabled, an orange banner will appear notifying you that you have **Do Not Disturb** enabled.
